The main purpose of the client kick-off meeting is to provide a level of assurance to the key Client stakeholders that
Capgemini is the right choice to deliver the services successfully. The client kick-off should be used as an
opportunity to:

Articulate the requirements for the Service Engagement.

Confirming understanding of client expectations and objectives for the Service Engagement.

Describe the approach that will be employed on the Service Engagement.

Review the service engagement t plan and client obligations.

Develop key working relationships.

Demonstrate commitment to the Service Engagement.

Review the key aspects from security plan.

Seek authorisation to proceed to the delivery phases of the Service Engagement.
The Engagement Manager is responsible for delivering the client kick-off meeting, however senior client management,
such as the Client Contract Manager and Senior Business Executive should be encouraged to participate and deliver
appropriate elements of the presentation, as this will demonstrate a perception of ownership and commitment from the
Client.
